We use a CRM system developed in-house, not a commercial product. Can we still use Rapid-Reporting?
Rapid-Reporting is compatible with virtually any system using a back-end database (eg. MSSQL, MS Access) . We'll work with you to build the correct links to your system and ensure rigorous testing prior to launching Rapid-Reporting with your company's sales force.
I am hearing a lot about "the cloud." Is Rapid-Reporting on the cloud?
All Rapid-Reporting data is stored in a secure cloud-based server ( Microsoft Azure) that syncs to your CRM system overnight. This simply means your data is made available on-demand via network. If you are using Tandem Solutions' CRM system, the entire system operates on the cloud as well.
Rapid- Reporting data is protected by the advanced security features of Microsoft Azure, routine data back-ups and guarantees 99.99% uptime.
I have seen services that translate voicemail. How accurate is Rapid-Reporting?
Rapid-Reporting has an accuracy level of 97 – 99%. All Rapid-Reports go through a rigorous 3-step process with humans reading, controlling quality, and editing to ensure high-quality reports. Our systems are customized to your sales force's unique data needs, and we capture what you tell us to capture. You also get a dedicated team that gets to know your sales force.
HOW IT WORKS
Do the calls the sales reps make use voice prompts or dial-by-number?
No. Each user is assigned a dedicated, personal dial-in number which most sales reps keep on their speed dial. Then they simply dial it, hear a beep, and start talking. It's as simple as that!
What if a sales rep forgets to mention the name of the customer he or she met with?
Our QC team will send an email to the sales rep with the details they did mention, and which key data points are missing. The sales rep simply calls back in to report the missing information. A report will not show up in your CRM system unless it is complete according to the reporting criteria you specify.
How many sales reps and managers can use Rapid-Reporting?
As many as you have! Our cloud-based platform allows unlimited scalability and expansion. We can also change data fields or customize the process for various business units or functions as required.
What happens when a sales rep leaves or territories are reassigned?
It is a simple process. When a territory is reassigned to a new sales rep, the entire customer history in that territory, including prior call notes and transactions are seamlessly made available to the new rep. The new rep will assigned a different personal call-in number. Changes within territories are also similarly handled.
Do I need to use every component of Rapid-Reporting?
No. If you already have a CRM system, you are ready to go with Rapid-Reporting. If you like the way your managers provide feedback today, you don't have to use the Manager's Rapid-Reporting. If your CRM system provides you with a mobile app that you like, there's no reason to change. At Tandem Solutions, we want you to have a complete reporting system with more data going in, and better decision-making and sales coming out. We're here get you rich, real-time field activity data and will provide any of the missing pieces you need to house and use that data most effectively.
What happens during a Pilot? How will I know if it is successful?
A typical Pilot runs for 30 days with 10 – 12 sales reps. We'll get to know your CRM system and build a link to it. We'll then run through training session with the sales reps and assign phone numbers. Starting the very next day, you'll be able to watch the calls come in and see how much more data you get. We'll survey your sales reps both before and after, and compare the results. We also track the quantitative improvement in report volume, call activity, and key data variables.
